Our B2B healthcare client is looking for a Tradeshow Coordinator to join their team on an ongoing ad hoc basis, (roughly 5-10 hours/week), fully remote!

The Tradeshow Coordinator will:
- Help to coordinate 4-5 events in 2022
- Keep track of booth shipments, vendor payments, cost and logistics, and internal processes
- Vendor management
- Evaluate local tradeshow and research potential opportunities

The ideal Tradeshow Coordinator has:
- Experience working in healthcare, life sciences, or pharma
- Experience working with B2B enterprise SaaS clients
- Highly organized
- Attention to detail
- Great communication skills
