B2B Digital Marketing Manager

Our workforce management B2B SaaS client who just acquired their C Series funding is looking for a versatile B2B Digital Marketing Manager who can directly impact their revenue pipeline and own digital campaigns to join their team.

This B2B Digital Marketing Manager will be:
- Planning and executing digital marketing, including SEM, Account Based Marketing, email, paid social media, keyword search and display advertising campaigns
- Owning media buys including managing existing ones and purchasing new ones
- Measuring and reporting performance of campaigns, and assess against pipeline goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Identifying trends and insights, and optimizing spend and performance based on findings
- Conducting conversion testing
- Collaborating with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
- Evaluating end-to-end customer experience across channels and customer touch points
- Instrumenting conversion points and optimize user funnels
- Collaborating with agencies, publishers and vendor partners

Skills/Experience:
- 3+ years managing enterprise lead gen digital campaigns for B2B Saas
- Leading and managing SEM, marketing database, media buys, keyword searches, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
- Has managed annual campaign budgets of $500k - $10 mill
- Proven ability in identifying target audiences and devising campaigns based on overall goals
- Has negotiated 3rd party publishing or media deals
- Google Analytics, SalesForce, Google Adwords, Marketo, Facebook, Linkedin, 6sense (preferred) or other ABM tools like Demandbase
