Our B2B SaaS client is looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to join their team, fully remote, FULL-TIME!

The right candidate will have expert experience in both Marketo and Salesforce.

Responsibilities:
- Serve as a SME for marketing operations to drive automation and deliver efficiencies from acquisition, inside sales and sales
- Own, manage and optimize marketing systems and data management operations used to execute and report on marketing programs
- Build, maintain, and refine email marketing processes
- Act as key advocate for CRM and advanced email targeting opportunities bringing forward new segmentations, nurturing and automation abilities and highlighting any required data integrations.
- Drive implementation and onboarding of marketing tech stack tools
- Serve as a liaison with contracted agencies, sales operations team, and other business units to assist in developing effective marketing processes, ensure data integrity, develop SLA models, and maintain alignment to strategic goals
- Develop documentation and roadmaps for processes, A/B tests, and promotions that succeed through email

The ideal Marketing Operations Manager should have the following experience:
- 6+ years of experience in marketing operations preferably for a B2B SaaS organization with long sales cycles.
- Advanced hands-on experience managing Marketo with an excellent understanding of automation technology, email segmentation, attribution
- Working knowledge of Salesforce.com as an integrated CRM platform
- Superior understanding of growth, demand generation approaches and techniques.
- Deep understanding of demand generation, revenue attribution, lead scoring, and customer lifecycle
- Demonstrated success in deploying new systems and processes (not just managing an existing stack.), integrating tools across systems
- Demonstrated expertise in defining, implementing, and maintaining reports and analytics to track lead flow, conversion revenue attribution, and related KPIs
