An O+G company is looking for a Marketing Communications Specialist to join its team. This is an ONSITE, FULL TIME role that starts in early April.

The ideal Marketing Communications Specialist has 3-5 years of experience working in the O+G industry OR as a tradeshow coordinator.

+ Bachelor's degree
+ Experience planning and executing tradeshows from concept to completion
+ Strong PowerPoint, Excel, MS Word and Outlook skills
+ Expert level writing and editing
+ Strong project management skills
+ Working knowledge of O+G industry

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Marketing Communications Specialist will support the development of several marketing projects.

+ Handle tradeshow execution
+ Update marketing materials
+ Monitor, analyze and track social media
+ Develop external and internal communication for tradeshows
+ Work with customers to create case studies and testimonials
+ Develop presentations and collateral
