Position Digital Coordinator (Migrate Content, Editing, Layout Design Skills) - Onsite in Golden

A Colorado school district is seeking 2-3 Digital Coordinator who also have content editing skills and basic layout design skills to join the team for a few months.

You can expect full time hours (40 hours a week) for the first several weeks and then hours are expected to taper off to about 20 hours / week.

This is an onsite opportunity in Golden.

You'll be migrating content from HTML-based pages across various Google sites into a new website built with SchoolMessenger (a CMS for the education industry).

You will work with content owners to set migration schedules, help identify outdated content and content issues, migrate content, and perform light editing and styling functions on the migrated content. A lot of the content that is being migrated may not be in the best shape. You must be able to read through it, insert paragraph breaks, catch typos, format for best web reading, etc. You must be able to arrange photos, graphics, video or other visual elements in a pleasing layout in addition to just copying and pasting the elements.

Skills needed:
- Experience with Google Sites platform (a plus)
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and WCAG 2.0 web accessibility standards
- Photoshop skills for basic image manipulation
- Basic web content writing/editing

This is an onsite 20 - 40 / hours a week opportunity in Golden, CO.
