We have an exciting, full time opportunity for a Director of Marketing & Fundraising. The ideal candidate can work 1-2 days in office (Bloomington or Indy) BUT they're open to monthly/quarterly commutes or remote talent as well. Relocation packages are available.

Candidates with extensive experience in annual giving, this is the position for you!

Director of Marketing & Fundraising Responsibilities:
- Oversee a team of 15 direct reports
- Oversee all fundraising and annual giving initiatives (you must have experience with some type of fundraising at scale)
- Lead diversity initiatives to better connect with their diverse audience
- Strategize, problem solve and identify areas of improvement, then assist in an implementation plan

Director of Marketing & Fundraising Team
- Oversee 3 functions within the organization:
1. Audience Development (raising funds + target audience strategy & social media strategy)
2. Annual Programs (non-profit events / fundraising)
3. Creative team (web design/development and magazines) there is a Creative Director for this team that will lead the creative piece, so you don't need to have extensive website / creative experience

Director of Marketing & Fundraising Must Haves:
- 7+ years of experience in a leadership role
- Background in fundraising or annual giving (- Experience in direct annual giving or annual giving programs strategy and operations)
- Experience leading a larger team
- Bachelor's degree
- Project management experience
- Experience working on diversity initiatives
