The Bay Area's best-known search engine giant is seeking a Product Support Specialist to assist their team.

Top Responsibilities:
-Manage launch requirements and readiness among our various support channels.
-Monitor user feedback channels and partner channels to surface bugs and advocate for resolution of issues impacting our users.
-Partner closely with PM, Eng, QA, UXR, Marketing and Feedback Operations teams to ensure actionability and quality of our user insights data.
-Manage reporting and communications for issue management and escalation programs.

Ideal Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
-3 years of experience in support role, program or project management
-Cross functional engagement experience with product, engineering, tools and analytics
