Marketing Coordinator - Fully Remote/Off-site

Our well known Real Estate client is looking for 4 Marketing Coordinators to support teams in different Bay Area offices.

Role is 40 hours/week and client ideally wants candidates onsite to assigned office (Los Gatos, Danville, SF and Menlo Park) 1-2 days/week.

These Marketing Coordinators will be:
- Supporting Marketing Advisors and Agents by updating and creating collateral in InDesign including swapping images and texts for social, flyers, brochures, postcards
- Responding to and assigning Zendesk Tickets
- Setting up Workfront projects, assigning designers based on needs and collecting assets
- Utilizing internal marketing tool to manage tasks and assets

Skills/Experience:
- Preferably 1-2+ years using InDesign, PhotoShop to update and create content for existing templates
- Ideally has experiencing managing and creating a high volume of assets around sales materials
- Detail orientated with some project management skills
- Real Estate Agency, and/or comparable industries is preferred
- Zendesk experience is a major plus!
