Integrated Marketing Manager - Fully Remote/Off-site

Our real estate client is looking for a remote Integrated Marketing Manager to join their team for 40 hours/week for about 3+ months!

The Integrated Marketing Manager will sit on the GTM team and will be responsible for:
-Owning the demand gen and ABM strategy & execution
-Working across multi-channels such as digital advertising, web, webinars, email, in-product messaging, etc.
-Testing and optimizing new programs and channels
-Owning and reporting on campaign analytics/metrics such as lead generation, conversion rates, opportunities, pipeline and revenue contribution
-Monitoring progress toward quarterly and yearly goals

Candidates being considered for the Integrated Marketing Manager will have previous experience with:
-5+ years developing B2B demand generation and ABM programs
-SMB experience a plus
-Using analytics to make adjustments
-Uncovering marketing insights from attribution models, customer database analysis, historical data, funnel reporting, and other sources of customer insight
-Implementing and managing testing and optimization programs
-SaaS, PropTech or FinTech experience preferred
-Salesforce, SalesLoft, Outreach, Groove, HubSpot, Marketo
