Our well known electronics client is looking for a Design Project Manager to assist their team for 6+ months, 40 hours/week!

This role will require you to be onsite in Newark, CA.

In this role the Design Project Manager will be planning, scheduling, prioritizing, allocating resources, budget management, and driving product development projects through the entire product development lifecycle, including: Industrial Design/ CMF/ UX/ Packaging Structure and Graphics / Imagery.

The Design Project Manager will be responsible for:
- Collaborate with teammates and other project managers to ensure your projects are flawlessly delivered on-time, on-budget, and on-brief
- Create and track project schedules, budget, and resources using our Workfront tool
- Maintain weekly dashboards to track program status with Business Group and Design stakeholders
- Anticipate bottlenecks and explore contingencies for potential issues
- Undertake general administrative project tasks (status updates, processing contracts, POs and invoices)

The ideal Design Project Manager has the following experience:
- 3-5+ years of experience
- Working cross-functionally across a matrixed organization
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle several tasks and juggle multiple priorities
- Ability to work independently and productively across business groups
- Attention to detail in all areas of the position
