Our agency client is seeking a full time Senior Designer in Indianapolis. Candidates can be fully remote, WFH flex or onsite in Indy.

We're looking for B2C Designers that can take a brand or campaign concept and design assets for multiple deliverables and channels for advertising purposes, not just 1 design piece. Upon application, please share your work that displays this similar array of work.

Senior Designer Responsibilities:
- Work alongside a Creative Director, Art Director, Copywriter, Digital, and Social Media team members to conceptualize and ideate advertising and branding identity pieces for clients
- Once the campaign or brand concept has been decided upon, take the ideas and execute across multiple channels and deliverables for advertising purposes (print, branding, packaging, advertising campaigns, print/digital ads, logos, etc.)

Senior Designer Must Haves:
- B2C experience
- 4+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer in an agency setting
- A portfolio that displays your design capabilities creating logos, identity systems, packaging, posters, etc.

Senior Designer Nice to Haves:
- Experience designing digital assets and advertisements (familiarity with pixels)
