Community Manager (Content Writing) - WFH during Covid-19

Our B2B SaaS client is looking for a Community Manager (Content Writing) to join their team for ~6+ months, 40 hours/week!

In this role the Community Manager (Content Writing) will:
- Evolve and manage the content system by writing, creating and curating original employee and business stories across multiple channels and formats (i.e. blogs, knowledge management pages, videos, social posts, infographics, etc.) for both internal and external audiences
- Become an expert and champion for client's community with the ability to empathetically and authentically bring our employer brand to life through storytelling: our people,
values, culture, business and more
- Manage our story sourcing committee and tapping into a team of teams that can conceive, write, and produce content across different functions and regions
- Manage, edit and produce employee content; determine the best stories and how to tell them in a way that connects our employees and inspires others to want to work here
- Create, manage and execute on a multi-channel internal/external content calendar that keeps the content engine “always on” and aligned to key themes, events and timely happenings
- Ongoing management, maintenance and governance of internal platforms: Intranet, Slack and Vidyard including regular reporting of performance analytics
- Always be in tune with the pulse of our community: identify opportunities to engage with our community in news ways; nurture audience reactions, comments and relationships across multiple channels to keep our engine cranking and engagement high as well

The ideal Community Manager (Content Writing) has the following experience:
- Proven ability to translate brand personality and technical business capabilities into content assets that engage a targeted audience and increase lead generation
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with the ability to develop a high volume of content assets every quarter
- Ability to extract short-form content from long-form content and experience repurposing content for different uses, formats, audiences, and platforms
- Ability to work with cross functional stakeholders across the entire global organization
- Empathetic approach to community members and a passion for uncovering and sharing the human experience of working at client's company
- Experience with defining content metrics and measuring content effectiveness
