The Bay Area's best-known search engine giant is seeking a Interactive Project Manager to assist their team.

Top Responsibilities:
-Detailed project management on multiple retail demo projects - physical and digital. Engage cross functional teams driving project plans to completion with consistent and clear communication at all stakeholder levels. Proactively manage project tasks, dependencies, etc. as well as identify, escalate and mitigate risks. Create and maintain related project calendars, meetings, agendas, notes, links, decks, assets, etc. Be a key partner within the marketing team by joining exec and working group meetings, relaying key information to teams, working with creative and technical development teams and actively participating in brainstorming sessions.
-End to end management, monitoring and maintenance of a portfolio of digital demo websites. Includes set up domains for all phases of development, content management, troubleshooting, quality assurance, security, performance evaluations, troubleshooting and always ensuring the customer experience is optimized. Implement strategies to maximize website traffic.
-Work directly with our internal localization team and agency stakeholders to localize creative content for regional demo expansion. Coordination and preparation of demo content asset files at various stages of delivery. This includes a variety of technical and creative files for demo content and content builds.

Ideal Qualifications:
-Between 5-7 years of professional related work experience.
-Strong project management background with a demonstrable ability to manage several projects at various stages of development.
-Experience identifying, managing, communicating and escalating to multiple project stakeholders.
-Experience managing large vendor or agency teams across multiple locations.
-An ability to project manage both creative and software development processes.
-Manage collaborative creative teams and provide deliverable oversight while adhering to brand and product guidelines.
-Experience as a digital producer. e.g.
-Experience with setting up web domains for a variety of development stages (eg. stage, test and go-live).
