The Bay Area's best-known search engine giant is seeking a UX Research Assistant to assist their team.

Top Responsibilities:
-Partner closely with cross functional roles to plan, execute and present research that will drive product changes and ensure product excellence.
-Apply the appropriate research methodology as needed. Research methods could include lab studies, remote online unmoderated testing, RITE methodology, interviews, surveys and field research. You may also be required to do literature reviews and heuristic evaluations.
-Analyze qualitative and quantitative data.
-Create written and visual reports (including creating graphs, highlight videos, screen shots, slide decks, etc.).

Ideal Qualifications:
-BA/BS or Graduate Degree in: in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Psychology, Information Science, Anthropology or other relevant field.
-3+ years of experience in user research role.
-Understands user experience research methods.
-Skilled at conducting in­-person interviews.
-Strong oral and written communication skills.
-Comfortable with and skilled at analyzing datasets (e.g., interview videos, transcripts, open­-ended survey responses).
-Understands basic statistical concepts.
