PR Manager - WFH during Covid-19

Our 15 person hospitality focused PR/marketing agency is looking for a PR Manager to join their team as a full-time direct hire!

The PR Manager will be responsible for:
-Being a member of the leadership team and overseeing about 4 direct reports (coordinator, intern, and 2 pr/account managers)
-Leading meetings, project check-ins & performance reviews
-Delegating work to junior-level talent with their career development in mind, providing clear direction and feedback to ensure the best results
-Working on 8-12 accounts simultaneously
-Writing thought leadership pieces for the company blog & newsletter
-Working with the managing director to drive business development
-Developing proposals to meet client & agency needs
-Establishing project priorities, timelines actions plans and more
-Uncovering project challenges before they arise
-Leading client’s public relations planning, identifying objectives, strategies and tactics
-Maintaining personal relationships with top tier media, locally and nationally
-Pitching media on a regular basis
-Regularly securing features, mentions and round-ups
-Researching/writing press releases using AP Syle
-Measuring ROI and utilize data to make informed strategic or tactical recommendations

Candidates being considered for the PR Manager role have previous experience with:
-Working in a agency, hospitality, food, bev, lifestyle clients preferred
-Mentoring/managing a team
