The Bay Area's best-known search engine giant is seeking a Product Support Specialist to assist their team.

Top Responsibilities:
-Learn and build expertise in the product and relevant support processes and applications.
-Work across teams to prepare and deliver support readiness for feature and product launches.
-Utilize data to drive decision making: Compile, analyze, and report out on workflow metrics. Use data to identify problem areas.
-Collaborate with the teammates to document, optimize and automate improvements for key support processes and operations to improve internal efficiency and deliver issue resolution with high satisfaction.

Ideal Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
-4 years of experience in project or program management and support operations.
-Proven record of strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal and analytical skills.
-Ability to examine operational data to identify insights and propose solutions.
