Our nonprofit healthcare client is looking for an Event Coordinator to join their team FULL TIME! This role will require you to be onsite in San Ramon.

In this role the Event Coordinator will:
- Collaborate with the marketing team on developing event campaigns, coordinate event staff and volunteers, and maintain registration, invitations, and confirmations
- Report on post event data, survey recaps and tracking for ROI analysis
- Track budgets and negotiate contracts
- Assist with fundraising responsibilities such as donor reach out, organizing events, and identifying new opportunities, etc.
- Develop promotional content such as flyers, email, landing pages, and other marketing materials as needed
- Update the web site and social media channels with accurate and correct information

The ideal Event Coordinator has the following experience:
- 3+ years of experience executing events for community based organizations, and/or healthcare agencies, media relations, event planning, working with volunteers, vendor management, and/or fundraising. Agency experience a plus
- Certified Meeting Professional Certification highly desirable
- Sales and marketing experience preferred. Event management website knowledge, food and beverage management skills, proven contract negotiation skills, Photoshop/Illustrator/Suite experience
- Proficient in all Microsoft Suite products including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Must have ability to travel within the service area by car. Must maintain a valid California driver’s license and current vehicle insurance based on California minimum insurance coverage standards
