Our client, a major online retailer, needs a Content Coordinator to join their team 40 hours/week

In this role the Content Coordinator will be responsible for:
• Assist in developing curation strategy for reference, sales and marketing content
• Setup and maintain content in the Blue content management system for easy access to our employees
•Deliver presentations and identify opportunities to improve the search/browse experience for our users
• Assist in conducting regular reporting and analysis of content usage, identifying key trends improvement opportunities
• Conduct analyses to assist with content usage and content development strategies
• Work with cross functional teams (across marketing, product and customer experience) to optimize Blue platform performance
• Setup & maintain pages in the platform using web-based tools
• Monitor the platform for accuracy & updated content

Required skills / qualifications for the ideal Content Coordinator (please provide specific examples of how these apply to you):
• BA/BS degree preferred, with 1 – 3 years of experience
• Detail oriented with strong analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong PC & MS Office Skills – emphasis on MS Excel
