Our social media giant client seeks a Learning Operations Project Manager to join their team in this 12 month freelance role!

The Learning Operations Project Manager will be responsible for the following:
- Prepare detailed analysis, plans, milestones, deliverables and overall status updates
- Consult or negotiate with clients to prepare project specifications
- Track and analyze key operational metrics to deeply understand the support ecosystem and help determine where to focus optimization efforts
- Project manage multiple medium to large scale projects including a vendor transition from scoping through to implementation and roll out
- Identify potential risks or issues with project implementations, and proactively drive communication with internal and external stakeholders during projects
- Translate business requirements into implementation plans

The ideal Learning Operations Project Manager should possess the following:
- 5-7 Years of Project Management within Learning Operations for organizations with 1500+ employees
- PMI or PMP certification preferred, not required
- Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, costs and other techniques for maximizing effective processes
- Strong knowledge of computer software, such as MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio etc.
