Our B2B data cloud tech client is looking for a Sr. Manager Website Analytics to join their team in this freelance to full-time opportunity! This role is remote until SIP is lifted and will be onsite in Redwood City.

The Sr. Manager Website Analytics will:
- Create and manage reports to analyze performance from traffic, engagement and web-to-lead conversion
- Conduct trend analysis and produce insights to inform design and optimize audience-centric customer experiences (segment, industry, persona, ABM)
- Oversee AB testing (using Adobe Target) recommendations and insights, collaborating with content, design and inbound teams to drive engagement and improved conversion
- Integrate with channel leads, content and UX/design teams to ensure enhancements and new features are designed with KPIs and performance targets in mind.
- Ensure tracking for new components is in place at go-live
- Report findings with data visualizations and trend analysis. Interpret raw data sources into business-facing, consumable readouts with demonstrable results and actionable insight
- Work closely with Marketing and Sales Operations to advance our web analytics capabilities
- Proven experience building test plans that continuously improve buyer journey and lead generation initiatives
- Working with web development and marketing teams to implement solutions

The ideal Sr. Manager Website Analytics has the following experience:
- 10+ years’ experience in years of web analytics experience. Knowledge of other digital channels and multi-channel analysis desirable
- Proven statistical analytical skills such as A/B testing, clustering, trend analysis
- Expertise in digital marketing platforms including Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Marketo or other marketing automation platform, Google Analytics, Salesforce, and survey platforms
- Proficiency in data visualization tools: Tableau or Power BI.
- Proven experience building test plans that continuously improve buyer journey and lead generation initiatives.
- Ability to work effectively with team members across a variety of backgrounds including engineering, marketing and creative fields.
