Sr Social Media Manager - WFH during Covid-19

Our well-known CPG client is looking for a mission driven, B2C community focused Sr Social Media Manager to join their team at 40 hours/week for at least 3 months with potential to extend or convert based on fit and pipeline.

This Sr Social Media Manager will be:
- Leading social strategy and managing campaign content planning, development, production, and community management ensuring tone, voice, and personality are consistent with brand strategy
- Defining scalable processes for social content creation in partnership with brand and creative
- Helping further develop a mission driven community relationship with consumers thru channels
- Developing and maintaining an editorial calendar that represents voice while engaging in conversations with consumers
- Identifying, monitoring, and analyzing KPIs for social to formulate data-driven insights and recommendations
- Managing budgets and delivering consistent reporting (i.e., campaign recaps, monthly reports, etc.) to leadership
- Exploring and evaluating new platforms, tools, services and vendors and providing recommendations to further the effectiveness of team's efforts

Skills/Experience:
- 5+ years working on brands where social is core consumer communication
- Planning, managing, and growing social media audience, engagement, and conversions across multiple platforms (including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and YouTube)
- Proven ability in growing and nurturing a brand’s community, running paid social campaigns, tracking performance, and optimizing spend, working with influencers on measurably successful campaigns achieving brand goals
- Well-versed in social media metrics and monitoring tools
- In-depth knowledge of the latest best practices, tools, and trends on social media platforms
