Junior Technical Project Manager - WFH during Covid-19

Our well known financial client is looking for a Junior Technical Project Manager to join their team for 40 hours/week for 18 months!

Candidates being considered for the Junior Technical Project Manager role must be in the SF Bay Area.

The Junior Technical Project Manager will be responsible for assisting with various tech, operations, business continuity and offshore management projects by:
- Managing project documentation in SharePoint and Confluence
- Tracking resource allocations
- Managing forecasts
- Owning the invoice process
- Managing and facilitating meetings with stakeholders
- Taking/Publishing meeting agendas
- Creating and consolidating PowerPoints for leadership

Candidates being considered for the Junior Technical Project Management role have previous experience with:
- Microsoft Office 2010 (PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Outlook) plus MS Project 2010

The ideal candidate will have experience with:
- SharePoint and Visio, JIRA, Confluence
- Financial services
- Software development methodologies, including Agile/Scrum
