Our cannabis retail client is looking for a CRM Manager to join their team for 3 months, up to 20 hours/week, potential to extend!

The CRM Manager will be responsible for the following:
- Managing, handling and initiating all email and text activities and schedules, trigger campaigns and nurture programs to drive customer acquisition, retention and engagement
- Manage all testing/optimization aspects for for email and mobile campaigns
- Incorporate all working knowledge of email and mobile marketing best practices to drive traffic and also analyze data and breakdown analysis to team and provide recommendations on improvements.
- Involved in building out client's loyalty program (Program not determined yet)

The ideal CRM Manager has the following experience:
- 5+ years of direct marketing analyst experience
- Knowledge of Klaviyo preferred
- Strong direct marketing, segmentation, testing (specifically A/B and multivariate testing) and analytical experience
- Deep knowledge of testing and optimization for direct mail, email and mobile campaigns

Strong and extensive experience with:
- Excel, Tableau, digital advertising and preferred experience with modeling/testing strategies
- Development of direct marketing programs using testing, deep segmentation, creative management and project management
- Knowledge of the overall digital advertising landscape
- Building KPIs, dashboards, optimization and testing strategies
- Excellent marketing skills with strong analytics
- Track record that demonstrates a drive for results
- Prior experience working within a matrixed organization
