Our client is hiring for a Digital Merchandising Coordinator to join their team, full time! This will be M-F, 40 hours per week, onsite in Tempe.

Must have experience in merchandising math to be considered!

What you will be doing as a Digital Merchandising Coordinator:
• Responsible for ongoing maintenance and accuracy of product pages and category pages
• Partners closely with Customer Service and Merchandising team on all site needs and projects
• Assist in product turnover process i.e., dropping/adding colors and/or features
• Assist Merchandising Manager in negotiating site promotions to deliver a best-in-class category assortment
• Monitor category/vendor specific sales, traffic and user trends to generate actionable assortment insights
• Maintain accurate backorders on site
• Perform daily/weekly site testing to ensure correct presentation and product integrity
• Recommend enhancements to site merchandising features and capabilities by way of data
• Assist merch team with departmental projects as necessary
• Maintain vendor relationships and vendor agreement upkeep
• Evaluate daily sales data to draw logical conclusions and create action plans for assortment adjustments as needed
• Evaluate website bounce rates, conversion rates, margins and take action to improve measurables in real time
• Monitor competition and adjust pricing strategy accordingly to maximize sales
• Use internal reporting system and Google Analytics to track and assess business metrics
• Generate and share inspired ideas to continually grow our business
• Review and execute merchandising goals and strategies to achieve sales and gross margin goals


What you need to know as a Digital Merchandising Coordinator:
- 2+ years of experience in merchandising, B2C eCommerce, retail or similar
- A firm grasp on retail math as related to margins, pricing, reporting and forecasting
- Experience with Google Analytics and MS Excel/Word
- Ability to identify industry trends
- Team player with results-oriented mindset
- Proven multi-tasker with exceptional project and time management skills
- High attention to detail
- Solution-oriented forward thinker
- Ability to prioritize conflicting tasks and responsibilities
- Ready to turn on a dime, adjust, adapt and respond to changes as business needs dictate
- Ability to communicate and interact professionally with all team members
- Effective communication, analytical, negotiation and organizational skills
- Willing to tackle projects, no matter where they fall within the organization
