Our well known purpose driven natural food CPG client is looking for a collaborative analytics and consumer insight focused Brand Manager to join their team!

This role is 40 hours/week for at least 2-3 months with a strong potential to extend or convert based on fit!

This Brand Manager will be:
- Leading business reporting including consumption analysis, trends, product performance, forecasting, core ops meetings, monthly business reporting
- Working with sales/category insights/RGM/finance on customer updates, customer opportunities, MAPS guidance, selling stories
- Translating insights into action – able to digest category and consumer insights; turn them into recommendations and strategy
- Providing base business input on commercialization projects, such as new packs, new flavors
- Developing briefs, creative reviews, tactical implementation possibly across shopper marketing, digital/social, budget management
- Managing 2 direct reports

- At least 2+ years holding Brand Manager title and ideally 5+ within Marketing for CPG brands
- Has worked cross functionally with marketing teams, finance, operations and sales to achieve business goals, develop/honor budgets, monitor trends, product performance and data updates
- Has managed at least 1-2 direct reports
- Proven ability to regularly present data, forecasts, product performance, trends to leadership
- Ideally has managed multiple product lines for a natural and/or organic food brands
