Our property management client is hiring for a Social and Reputation Manager to assist their team on a contract basis for 25-30 hours per week, this could turn into a permanent opportunity for the right fit!

This will be Monday - Friday 20-30 hours per week, fully remote.

What you will be doing as a Social and Reputation Manager:
- Responding and communicating with customers through various social media platforms
-Manage customer experience through written/online communications, website and other customer touchpoints
-Customer feedback focused, must be able to pivot and address customer concerns/questions in a professional manner

What you need to know as a Social and Reputation Manager:
- 3+ years of Public Relations, customer relationship marketing or related experience
-Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong attention to detail
-Strong understanding for Google (My Business), Yelp, and Facebook
-Bonus if you have experience in the real estate or property management industry
