Our healthcare agency client is seeking an Associate Creative Director (Copy) for a fully remote, full time position!

Associate Creative Director (Copy) Responsibilities:
- Lead the creative copy team and when necessary, roll up your sleeves to write multi-channel copy for pharmaceutical brands
- Create multi-channel campaigns and takes a holistic approach for copy across social, digital ads, websites/microsites, etc.
- Create written materials and big idea generation through customer strategy sessions for copy projects from concept through execution across multiple platforms (digital and traditional)
- Provide tone, style, structure, and voice of all content based on scientific brand strategy, creative brief, and creative partners

Associate Creative Director (Copy) Must Haves:
- Agency background or experience in pharmaceutical writing from a strategic (brand & scientific research) foundation
- Big idea generation for copy campaigns across multiple channels. Portfolio work MUST display more than just 1 piece of copy for 1 channel, rather we want to see how you took a campaign idea and ran with it across traditional, digital, experiential, etc.
- 5+ years' experience
- Experience working in concert with an art-side partner (Art Director)
- Experience working on large cross-channel and/or direct marketing brand initiatives including rich media, web, direct, and print.

Associate Creative Director (Copy) Nice to Haves:
- Experience working with both Medical Writers and Medical Directors
- Experience with online and social media copy
- Experience leading a team
