Our fintech startup client seeks a Sr. Demand Generation Manager to join their team FULL TIME!

The Sr. Demand Generation Manager will:
- Drive demand and generate pipeline - from planning and execution of campaigns and programs, to analyzing results and measuring impact
- Oversee a team of 2-4 people and manage their day to day as well as your own
- Be hands on building out the strategy and tactics to be successful in new markets and drive through the product
- Manage Facebook and Google marketing campaigns

The ideal Sr. Demand Generation Manager has the following experience:
- 8+ years experience working on B2B demand and customer engagement programs for technology or software companies with a track record of successful results
- Strong understanding and experience with multiple demand channels, including digital, paid social, field, and email marketing to drive pipeline
- Excellence in building cross-functional relationships and alignment, particularly with Sales leadership and Sales Development organizations
- Experience in targeting SMBs
- FinTech experience highly preferred
