Top Responsibilities:
-Evaluate operations against support workflows to ensure quality.
-Investigate escalation's and underlying causes of user support trends on social to identify meaningful patterns and enhance user help journeys.
-Deep dive into specific issues to contribute to insights development.

Ideal Qualifications:
-BA/BS in any field or 3+ years of relevant working experience.
-3-5 years experience with social media support and/or app reviews.
-Aptitude for problem solving, particularly around data analysis and analytical reasoning.
-Interest in customer support and user experience; strong sense of user focus.
