Content QA Manager - WFH during Covid-19

Our well known electronics client is looking for a Content QA Manager to assist their team for 6+ months, 40 hours/week!

In this role the Content QA Manager will manage a high volume of work, partner with numerous stakeholders and teams to ensure product launches will go smoothly in 24 languages and 40+ locales.

The Content QA Manager will:
- Collaborate with content QA specialists in a different timezone
- Assign projects and manage the day-to-day workload of team members
- Implement workflows in AEM to ensure top speed without compromising accuracy
- Work closely with content authors, site leads and project managers to ensure team members complete work to a high quality, on time
- Populate and edit content within AEM
- Understand and be able to interpret brand guidelines and apply as needed
- Train new members on our processes and systems
- Traffic issues between team members until resolved; Verify that issues have been successfully resolved after being reported as fixed
- Develop a solid project management process for delivering world-class digital content on time and on budget

The ideal Content QA Manager has the following experience:
- 5+ years content QA experience
- Experience with multilingual ecommerce sites
- Strong project and content management skills and keen understanding of website content process
- Ability to coordinate and execute multiple projects on tight deadlines
- Knowledge of Agile and Scrum processes
- Ability to work cross-functionally in multiple time zones
- Understanding of generally accepted QA processes and procedures
