Our retail client is seeking an Associate Brand Marketing Manager to join their team. This will be offsite for now with potential onsite days in Fremont 2 days per week post covid. There is high chance of extension or salaried conversion after 6 months.

In this Associate Brand Marketing Manager role you will be responsible for maintaining and executing marketing strategies to help grow the retail business. This includes managing schedules, scopes and budgets for all corresponding retail programs and deliverables, ensuring they are on brand, on budget and on time and meet the business objectives defined in the marketing plan. This role will help to monitor competitor products, sales and marketing activities to help identify ongoing opportunities. And will help work with internal and external partners to stay aware of changes in the business environment and any changes to future business requirements in order to best service the objectives of the brand.

The ideal Associate Brand Marketing Manager will have:
• 5-8 years of digital marketing experience; preferably in retail.
• Experience in all aspects of developing & maintaining marketing objectives.
• Proven ability to oversee marketing and promotional staff and activities, including schedules, scope and budgets.
• Strong leadership, teamwork and leadership management skills, including demonstrated track record of working across functional lines.
• Willingness to travel in the future, and work with a nationwide team of professionals.
• Bachelors’ degree.
