Our retail client is seeking an Email Marketing Manager to join their team. This will be offsite for now with potential onsite days in Fremont 2 days per week post covid, It will be either direct hire or freelance 2-3 months to hire, depending on how interviews go & company plans.

In this Email Marketing Manager role you will be responsible for the evelopment and execution of direct to consumer email marketing strategies. This role will work closely with internal and external cross-functional leaders from ideation to execution, and will partner closely with director & executives on initiatives to drive data driven strategies and business growth.

The ideal Email Marketing Manager will have:
*5+ years email/digital marketing experience
*Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, metrics and associated KPIs; Familiar with dynamic content, segmentation strategy and technical data connections as it relates to email marketing.
*Strong analytical skills; comfortable distilling data into insights/optimization opportunities
*Prior experience with retail direct-to-customer marketing communications is a bonus*
