Our client in Phoenix is hiring a Social Media Manager to join their team full-time!

This will be 40 hours per week, 2 days onsite and 3 days remote. This may lead to 4 days a week onsite eventually.

What you'll be doing as a Social Media Manager:
- Develop effective social media strategies, campaigns, and content to increase awareness, drive engagement, and grow multiple, targeted audiences
- Manage and maintain Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Google+, various blogs and other social media platforms
- Serve as lead content creator and developer for videos, podcasts, e-blasts, promotional posts, and social media; produce engaging copy, videos, podcasts and images
- Video and/or photograph events and subjects; develop and deliver effective, creative video content
- Seek out and develop relationships with influencers who will evangelize the brand
- Create, coordinate, and maintain social media and digital editorial calendars
- Track campaign effectiveness; provide ongoing analytics and reports; provide insights and solutions for ways to increase impact
- Create written and digital communication material, ensuring accuracy, consistent voice and tone, brand integrity, and adherence to communication strategies
- Write and edit copy for collateral and other multi-media communications as needed
- Serve as a social media administrator by managing user accounts and passwords, updates and upgrades, video uploads and libraries

What you need to know as a Social Media Manager:
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field of study is required
- Demonstrated experience with social media trends, best practices, social media tools and SEO best practices
- Proven, hands-on experience creating content for a variety of channels including print, video, online, email, social media, broadcast media and in-person presentations
- Demonstrated familiarity and understanding of Google AdWords, Analytics and social media ads
- Demonstrated experience with communicating, writing, editing and message development, and ability to adapt writing style to targeted audiences
- Proven, hands-on experience creating content for a variety of channels including print, video, online, email, social media, broadcast media and in-person presentations
- Experience in developing and maintaining multiple editorial calendars and projects
- Experience in developing and implementing social media plans and strategies
- Experience building interaction and engagement among multiple hard-to-reach audiences
