Our e-learning client is looking for a remote Community Manager to join their team for 40 hours/week for 3 months with the possibility of extension!
The Community Manager will be responsible for:
-Using the client’s voice to develop relationships with fans and followers across Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest, etc
-Working with the Social Lead to create best practices
-Helping create a content calendar that includes posting/responding and flagging opportunities
-Contributing to campaign planning and content ideas
-Developing reports that provide recommendations and insights based on KPI’s and the community conversation
Candidates being considered for the Community Manager role have 3+ years of experience with:
-Social publishing platforms (Sprinklr) and listening tools
-Being organized, attentive to detail, and an expert a multi-tasking, and managing your time
