The Bay Area's best-known search engine giant is seeking a UX Research Associate to assist their team.
Top Responsibilities:
-Observe usability testing sessions, taking notes, and providing detailed transcripts for the team.
-Assist with user testing preparation activities.
-Code user research videos.
-Create highlight videos/screen shots, and assisting with data analysis and report documentation.
-Assist with data collection activities.
-Conduct literature reviews.
-Run competitive analyses.
Ideal Qualifications:
-Minimum 5-7+ years of experience in a Human Factors or similar type role (relevant master thesis work may qualify).
-B.S. in Bioengineering/Human Factors/Ergonomics/ Mechanical Engineering or similar with extensive work experience have potential for consideration.
-Experience converting research findings into actionable insights for product development.
-Strong understanding of strengths and shortcomings of different research methods, including when and how to apply them during each product development phase.
