Our growing PR & Communications agency client is seeking a Director of Marketing to join their team in a full-time capacity.

As an agency leader, you will provide high-level, strategic guidance and recommendations for agency clients, while directing teams and clients toward well-conceptualized social media and marketing programs.

In this Director of Marketing role you will be responsible for:
- Managing relationships for 12-15 clients, taking the lead on all social, digital and content related account activities
- Working closely with a social media team, including designers, copywriters, research analysts and PR managers
- Leading new business proposal efforts & pitches.

To qualify for this Director of Marketing role you must have:
- 10+ years of client-facing agency marketing experience
- Advanced expertise in social media channels with B2B/tech clients (ideally publicly traded tech companies)
- Experience managing a team, having been directly responsible for their performance

This role will consist of 55-60 hour work weeks.
