Our B2B tech client is looking for a Digital Media Manager to join their team for 40 hours/week for 12 months, possibility to extend or convert!

In this role the Digital Media Manager will support the client's global Talent Acquisition organization, managing end-to-end digital projects with a strong focus on demand generation.

The Digital Media Manager will:
- Design, execute, and optimize paid digital media campaigns that support global Talent Acquisition initiatives and hiring needs
- Work with advertising vendors’ teams on campaign management, data insights gathering, and campaign optimization
- Design, regularly measure, and document KPIs and benchmarks
- Build and manage a paid media calendar, offering visibility and campaign flight dates to relevant stakeholders
- Collaborate with marketing teammates to maintain consistent brand voice and message
- Partner with marketing teammates to obtain and/or review ad copy, imagery, calls-to-action, targeting, and other campaign necessities
- Alongside our media partners, measure downstream impact of campaigns

The Digital Media Manager has:
- 5 years of paid digital media experience
- Understanding of the marketing funnel with experience creating and measuring branding, engagement, and lead generation campaigns
- Understanding of marketing metrics and KPIs, ability to use data to inform decision making, and capable of quickly pivoting to maintain alignment with global TA strategy
- Experience with conversion copywriting and A/B testing in a paid digital media environment
- Experience forecasting, reporting and communicating results to relevant stakeholders, and managing campaign budgets
- Experience working in LinkedIn’s Campaign Manager is A PLUS
- Experience running successful paid media campaigns in talent acquisition and EMEA and APJ markets is a plus
- Experience working in Google AdWords is A PLUS
- Experience with Inbound Marketing, SEO, and marketing automation is A PLUS
