If so, our real estate startup client is looking for a Social Media Manager to join their team for 2+ months, 20-40 hours/week, potential to convert!

The Social Media Manager will:
- Manage the day-to-day community management, publishing, monitoring, and moderation of social media and directory profiles across all the client's brands - Develop insights into our target audience and their social media usage to inform our overall content and social strategies - Develop social media content calendars and plan and execute social campaigns - Lead the sourcing and creation of micro-content tailored to each relevant social channel, including photography, custom graphics, animated GIFs, attention-grabbing copy, and short-form videos in partnership with internal design and content creation teams - Track performance of social media content, campaigns, community engagement, and overall social presence with regular reporting to the Head of Content - Develop and maintain our social media messaging guidelines and community response library, identify and support creation of customer testimonials, and serve as the front-line customer-facing voice of the client across our social channels

The Social Media Manager has:
- 4+ years of experience
- Experience managing content and communities on FB, LI, IG, Pinterest, YouTube, Twitter, and other channels, and an understanding of best practices for each platform
- Experience building out and executing social media strategy
- Lifestyle, consumer brands experience; real estate a PLUS
- Understanding of performance and measurement of social media metrics
