Our financial services client is looking for a remote freelance/contract Social Media Manager to join their team!
Reporting to the Senior Manager of Content Marketing + SEO you will drive and support campaigns across social media channels.
You will be responsible for:
- Creating posts, visuals and videos that engage audiences and show the company’s value
- Interacting with customers and influencers
- Monitoring and managing all social media platforms (e.g. Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, YouTube, Vimeo, etc) using Hootsuite and social listening tools
- Tracking and reporting on a weekly base, applying learnings to future work
- Communicating with followers, responding to queries in a timely manner, and monitoring customer reviews
Requirements:
- 4-6 years of social media management experience
- Experience planning, organizing, prioritizing and executing simultaneous projects and activities
- Proven ability to work well under pressure and adapt quickly to change
- Bachelor's Degree
