Our Health client is in need of a Marketing Manager to help their team!

This Marketing Manager role will be 40hrs/week and will run for 9+ months and has the potential to convert for the right fit!

The primary responsibilities for the successful Marketing Manager include:

- Manage marketing campaigns from strategy development through execution, monitoring and optimizing campaign tactics as needed
- Collaborate with internal and external parties to understand goals and objectives, translating into campaign strategies, deliverables, process and resource requirements, and success metrics
- Ensure content and message strategies are consistent and on brand
- Create, update and manage detailed planning documents to deliver marketing projects on time, on budget and within the scope of work
- Support the Marketing, Strategy and Planning director in the planning and forecasting of shared service resources
- Partner with internal and external resources to leverage available data sources to develop reporting tools that inform marketing strategy and monitor campaign and channel performance
- Participate in data governance initiatives to drive consistent and proper handling of data inside the platform and across the business lines as it relates to marketing operational needs, campaign development and performance
- Lead development of marketing campaign and channel reports, monitoring and analyzing campaign performance for optimization
- Coach and mentor department team members in adherence and understanding of department processes and campaign execution
· Monitor trends, developments and changes in marketing operation strategies to inform and advocate for advancements of department processes

The successful Marketing Manager has:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 5+ year of experience in a marketing environment
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with marketing technology solutions
- A demonstrated understanding experience with marketing concepts and brand principles
- Proven track record working with various cross-functional, internal and external groups to deliver meaningful results on time and on budget.
- Strong project, analytical, communication and time management skills
- Experience planning and executing multi-channel advertising campaigns and marketing programs
- Intermediate knowledge of Windows-based business computers and Microsoft Office programs, specifically Outlook, PowerPoint, Project, Excel and Word
- Proficient knowledge of Content Management Systems (CMS)
