Top Responsibilities:
-Troubleshoot technical and product challenges and escalate bug reports.
-Consult and support the Sales Account Managers with their day-to-day technical & product challenges.
-Reactive Cases (200+ cases / quarter).
-Analyze and categorize ticket volume to understand root issues.
-Create collateral - training material, self-service tools and processes - to reduce ticket volume and scale this globally.
-Put in place sustainable workflows to maintain reduced ticket volume.
Ideal Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
-1-3+ years of experience.
