Our B2B tech client is looking for a freelance Learning Content Developer to work on diversity and inclusion programing.

This role is slated until the end of June, 40 hours/week with potential to extend.

A strong match for this Learning Content Developer role will have the following experience:
- Knowledge of diversity & inclusion (D&I) programming in order to provide both a content review lens
- The ability to curate D&I content
- Strong knowledge of Powerpoint, Google Suite (Docs, Slides, Sheets), Rise Articulate (Storyline experience would be great), Illustrator or InDesign a PLUS
- Work fast under pressure while also keeping a flexible mindset as priorities can change quickly
- Knowledge of Workday brand is a PLUS

The Learning Content Developer will:
- Write and edit scripts, job-aids, presentation decks, etc.
- Design content structures based on outlines or messy brainstorms
- Create scenarios
- Write in the client's brand voice to ensure consistency across the board
