Social Media Specialist - WFH during Covid-19

Our technology client seeks a fully remote Social Media Specialist to assist their team in this ongoing freelance role with potential to go full-time later in 2021! This will be remote to start and then occasional onsite days in San Francisco in the future.

The Social Media Specialist will be responsible for the following:
- Assist digital marketing team with all social media brand support from controlling all social channels (content creation + calendar management) to coordinating digital events.
- Curate social posts for multiple times per month on client's Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and LinkedIn.
- Ideate social strategy and plan posts on social media calendar, curating content and graphic design.
- Pull reporting from all channels as requested to track performance marketing.
- Increase demand generation with paid social and ads.
- Create and repurpose content for posts, working alongside 2 designers to ensure graphics are included.

The Social Media Specialist should possess the following:
- 3-5 years' experience managing social channels for a tech industry client - B2B and B2C mixture.
- Strong experience + background in paid/boosted organic social campaigns, digital content creation, and paid social for conversion.
- Must have experience in Hubspot and paid social experience an added bonus.
- Candidates should have own Mac laptop to work off of - Adobe Creative Suite license good to have, but not required.
