Our client in the software development space is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join their team.

This will be full-time M-F, candidates local to Phoenix are preferred.

What you will be doing as a Digital Marketing Manager:
-Develop and manage a global email and digital marketing strategy across all platforms
-Create email campaigns with effective workflows to deliver the right content, at the right time, to the right audiences and segments
-Create and test campaigns and templates that align content to user preferences (language, region, products, or persona)
-Testing, scheduling & reporting on emails and lead nurture campaign initiative
-Drive email creative A/B testing to derive insights for the marketing team about best ways to position and message the brand
-Keep an eye on global, industry, and e-commerce trends to continue to drive best-in-class, innovative email marketing campaigns to our growing customer base
-Develop and manage a global digital marketing strategy utilizing search, display and syndication channels
-Work with global stakeholders to develop and optimize digital advertising copy and graphics-
-Manage search engine marketing agency partner and liaison with global field marketing teams to provide input.
-Manage standard optimization efforts across core advertising tactics, including but not limited to bidding adjustments, removing low performing ads, and adding negative audience parameters
-Manage with Agency the building and maintaining reporting frameworks for digital marketing impact across the funnel

What you need to know as a Digital Marketing Manager:
-7+ years marketing experience working with email campaigns, database marketing, marketing automation, digital channels and/or advertising
-2+ year experience building advanced campaigns / automations (i.e., campaigns with multiple segments, data integration's, etc.)
-Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or similar analytical field of study is required
-Experience in setting up automated marketing communication
-Experience with setting up tracking, reporting and monitoring digital growth metrics and KPIs
-Experience with search and social advertising
-Experience with CRM and MAP tools (Marketo and Salesforce preferred)
-Understanding of the B2B software industry
-Previous experience in a performance marketing role, agency and/or SaaS preferred
