Our SaaS tech client needs an Business Analyst/Product Manager to help their team with a new identity service platform development. This project will run until 6/30/2020 and will be based offsite.
To qualify for this Business Analyst/Product Manager role you must have:
? 5+ years previous experience in business analysis
? 3+ years previous experience in product ownership or professional services
? 1+ years of experience working with Okta, SailPoint, Active Directory or comparable Identity systems
? Experience with agile software delivery frameworks
? Experience with automating, improving, and redesigning business processes related to enterprise systems (e.g. Splunk, Salesforce, SAP, ServiceNow, etc.)
? Familiarity with Splunk usage and reporting
? Understanding of Atlassian tools (Confluence, JIRA)
? Highly skilled in generating BRDs, project plans, roadmaps, and documentation
? Solid understanding of distributed systems, APIs, automation workflows, and CI/CD preferred.
In this role you will work closely with engineering teams to manage the build, test and migration of a new identity service platform.
