Our client in the eCommerce space is hiring for a Social Media Manager, full time in their Tempe office.

This will be onsite, with the ability to work remote on Thursdays and Fridays. This will be 40 hours per week.

What you will be doing as a Social Media Manager:
-Responsible for driving engagement for the company brand across all major social media platforms
-Engage with community and customers through comments, reposts, and shared content
-Work with influencers, order products on their behalf, and manage creative assets created by influencers
-Develop paid marketing solutions to help customers reengage with the company brand
-Support the Marketing Manager in executing major event sponsorships
-Stay up to date with social media trends and news, communicate updates with the team
-Work closely with customer service to develop social proofing strategies
-Collaborate with marketing to broadcast major sales and promotions
-Develop regular progress reports that show activity through the entirety of the sales funnel

What you need to know as a Social Media Manager:
-3+ year's of experience managing social media programs with at least 100k followers
-Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Social Media Management, Communications or related field
-Strong portfolio of successful campaigns across multiple social media platforms
-Knowledge of Google Analytics
-Strong understanding of Facebook Business Manager
-Analytical, and motivated, an ability to identify and solve problems
-Collaborative style, experience working with creative designers
-Highly organized with a strong attention to detail
-Knowledgeable in fashion/home decor is a plus
