Our enterprise B2B client (software communication) is looking for a remote Lifecycle Marketing Manager to join their team. **HEAVY FOCUS ON EMAIL**

You will be working on rapid enablement for SMBs - planing, implementing and overseeing marketing messages that reach global audiences to drive engagement and retention across email and SMS.

Top responsibilities:
- Developing and executing programs to drive higher engagement and retention within the customer base
- Working closely with the product marketing, product management, onboarding and customer service teams
- Ensuring consistent messaging during customer interactions
- Defining GTM communication for new product launches
- Planning and executing ongoing testing (segmentation, design, frequency, messaging) to continuously improve KPIs

- 5+ years marketing experience within hi-tech or high-volume setting
- Solid background in customer lifecycle marketing, including customer adoption/nurture and retention programs
- Ability to translate data into strategic insights that drive successful marketing programs
- team management experience
- Salesforce and Marketo experience
- B2B small business background preferred
