Our health and wellness client is hiring a Director of Digital Marketing to join their team full-time in Scottsdale.

This will be 40 hours per week, remote until September 7, then you will be required to be in the office, 5 days per week. This position will require national and international travel for a 5-7 day duration, up to 3 times per year.

As the Director of Digital Marketing you will work closely with the VP of Communications and the IT team. You will be responsible for managing all digital platforms and digital content and campaigns globally. This includes web development, content and functionality, managing internal tools and apps, design and functionality. You will champion user experience and assist IT in understanding the users perspective and recommend the look and feel of the digital tool.

What you will be doing as a Director of Digital Marketing:
- Plan, develop and execute an effective marketing plan and drive content and communications across web, SEO, and email marketing
- Develop strategy and assist with functionality for internal and external web-based software platforms
- Architecting, project managing, content development, UI/UX design management for internal software and apps
- Conduct research and evaluation of vendor solutions and manage relationships
- Manage production schedules to meet deadlines
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously
-Support global communications with implementation of social media and other digital and web projects
- Manage and analyze digital media analytics to measure success of campaigns and content, within designated budgets

What you need to know as a Director of Digital Marketing:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or similar discipline required. MBA strongly preferred.
- 5+ years of developing and implementing digital marketing strategies at an agency or in-house marketing team
- 5+ years of experience developing and managing budgets, and hiring, training, and overseeing a team
- Commitment to working with shared leadership and cross-functional teams
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to develop strong, positive working relationships with coworkers, vendors, and senior level management executives
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, problem-solving and time-management skills including the ability to effectively manage multiple projects at a time and meet deadlines
