Our client is a global payments platform delivering frictionless payments across online, mobile, and in-store channels, seeking a full-time Demand Generation Manager to join their team onsite in San Francisco!

The Demand Generation Manager will plan and execute an integrated demand generation program for North America, driving sales leads. This role reports into the VP Marketing North America.

You will:
- Work on user journey mapping with all the customer touchpoints and communication channels
- Analyze success across all marketing programs
- Collaborate with the sales team using existing target lists
- Develop and optimize email nurture programs
- Collaborate with digital marketing, content, and design teams to ensure successful creative campaigns
- Collaborate with the North America Events Marketing team to develop demand generation concepts and execution
- Identify opportunities partnership opportunities to drive leads
- Work closely with the global growth marketing team to further drive demand for the platform
- Establish, track, and improve response rates, conversion rates, pipeline, and ROI, and use data insights to optimize the demand generation program
- Create quarterly plans, analyze marketing generated pipelines, and implement action plans to address gaps

The ideal Demand Generation Manager will have:
- 5+ years' in a high-tech B2B demand generation, ABM, or field marketing role
- Extensive knowledge of marketing automation/CRM programs - preferably Marketo and Salesforce
- Solid experience creating and executing integrated marketing campaigns (live events, webinars, content, and digital advertising)
- Experience across targeting, segmentation, and list acquisition, along with setting up reporting dashboards and analyzing success of marketing programs
- Deep understanding of the marketing-sales funnel and enterprise sales cycle, with a proven track record of driving MQLs, opportunities, and nurturing leads
- Detail-oriented with strong data-driven marketing experience - each program you run has clearly-defined success metrics
- Strong communication skills
