Our medical communications client is seeking a Instructional Designer to join their team on a part-time, ongoing basis that could turn into more fulltime work.

Hours would start around 20 hours a week and could range up to 40 over time

Instructional Designer Capabilities:
o Advanced knowledge of a course authoring tool such as Articulate Storyline, iSpring, or Adobe Captivate (Storyline preferred)
o Proficiency with the Adobe Creative Suite primarily InDesign, Illustrator, and PhotoShop.
o Strong attention to detail and comfortability with designing medical-related illustrations and visualizations.

Instructional Designer Responsibilities:
+ Tasked with creating online-based learning content in the form of eModules.
+ Will primarily be involved in the user experience, design, and development of interactive eLearning content
+ Will work with medical and commercial writers to best translate written content into engaging and well-designed experiences.
+ Will collaborate with a Medical Writer for guidance when a need for medical illustration arises. Could be using stock
photography or illustration manipulation might be needed
+ Expectation to handle the design, layout, and development of the course (but - assistance from other designers is available).
